This custom project included a complete renovation of the community pool owned by the City of Fort Collins. Dohn Construction put in a new pool complete with a lazy river, picnic area, all new site work and a new mechanical building totaling 182,836 square feet in size. This zero entry, interactive outdoor swimming pool features two three-story slides, one with a 30-foot drop and the other with an open curly design, plus a toddler swimming pool with its own slide in addition to the main pool.
