• What You’ll Do: ✔ Prepare accurate cost estimates, subcontractor bids, and value engineering solutions ✔ Perform detailed project cost analysis & bid clarifications ✔ Collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors for seamless project execution ✔ Utilize construction estimating and scheduling software for cost-effective planning ✔ Participate in proposal presentations, risk assessment, and project handoffs
• What We’re Looking For: ✔ 8+ years of experience in construction estimating ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field ✔ Proficiency with estimating & scheduling software (Vista, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, CostX, Pantera, M.S. Project) ✔ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines ✔ Must reside in the Northern Colorado area ✔ Willingness to travel locally for job site evaluations

Construction Project Manager

JOB DUTIES

• What You’ll Do ✔ Lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals ✔ Oversee project budgets, schedules, and documentation ✔ Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality control procedures ✔ Negotiate subcontractor agreements and material purchases ✔ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ✔ Implement solutions to resolve project delays or challenges ✔ Mentor and train Assistant Project Managers for career growth
• What We’re Looking For ✔ 5+ years of experience in construction project management ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience ✔ Proficiency with project management software (Vista by Viewpoint, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project) ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities ✔ Understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting ✔ OSHA 10-hour training certification ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ✔ Willingness to travel between job sites and offices as needed
